These Terms of Service govern your use of GutSnapAI. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Personal wellness only

GutSnapAI provides personal wellness tracking and AI-generated estimates. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified clinician.

If you notice blood, black or tarry stool, severe pain, fever, dehydration, sudden changes, or urgent symptoms, seek medical care.

AI estimates

GutSnapAI may use an AI model to estimate stool type, color, consistency, and personal tracking signals from photos you choose to submit. AI results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for how you interpret and use the information.

TestFlight build

The current TestFlight build is free and may change frequently. Features may be incomplete, experimental, unavailable, or removed before public launch. Do not rely on TestFlight data as your only health or wellness record.

Your responsibilities

• Use the app only for lawful personal wellness tracking.
• Do not submit photos you do not have permission to submit.
• Do not use GutSnapAI for emergency, diagnostic, or treatment decisions.
• Do not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service.

No warranties

GutSnapAI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GutSnapAI and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
